Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the military vehicles and automotive sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that enhance the performance and reliability of military and automotive solutions.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions in military vehicle and automotive projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the military and automotive sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Reviewing customer specifications, product drawings, and related documents to determine the best control solution to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure alignment of client requirements with project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding our products.
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure system integrity between mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software systems.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Undertake domestic and international travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Performing benchmark studies on competitor products, sector research to be updated on new technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
  • Proven experience in project sales within the military or automotive industries at least 2 years.
  • Strong technical knowledge of military vehicles and automotive sub-systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Business fluency in English is a must.
