Position Summary:

Altan is a leading supplier of fluid conveyance products and systems in Türkiye, a Tier 1 automotive supplier and engineering solution partner.

We are looking for an experienced, creative Marketing Supervisor to join our Business Development Team to oversee marketing activities and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of Altan’s marketing efforts; including corporate identity development, content management, promotional planning, event coordination, and collaboration with external partners. The position has a Graphic Designer as a direct report.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of printed & digital assets in line with corporate identity.
• Design and management of corporate content calendar, ideation and execution of weekly social media posts and advertisement campaigns.
• Management of corporate website updates; which may include news, events, products and other content.
• Design and management of email marketing campaigns, event announcements, and seasonal celebrations.
• Management of design and production phases of yearly or event-specific promotional products.
• Design and coordination of event attendances by effectively managing internal and external resources.
• Supervision and guidance of a Graphic Designer in line with marketing objectives.
• Relationship management and coordination with event organizers, design studios, freelancers, marketing agencies, and suppliers.
• Management of the corporate eBay account; responsible for regular product and store updates, internal transfer of incoming orders and communication with customers and the eBay team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing management (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management and event planning skills.
• Leadership capabilities to manage team members & stakeholders effectively.
• Experience collaborating with design teams and managing creative outputs.
• Familiarity with managing relationships with external partners such as event organizers and marketing agencies.
• Proficiency in design software is a plus (Adobe Suite).
